Katalin és Vilmos a cambridge-i hercegi pár, harmadik gyerekét várja - jelentette be a Kensington-palota, a hercegi pár rezidenciája. 

Katalin hercegnéről korábban az a hír járta, hogy súlyos beteg, de mint kiderült a vizsgálatok után, a tünetek valójában a terhesség jelei voltak. A hercegi pár örömmel jelentette be, hogy harmadik gyermeküket várják.

Hogy pontosan hányadik hónapban jár a hercegné, illetve mikor érkezik a baba még nem derült ki. Vilmos és Katalin első gyereke, György 4 éves, Charlotte pedig két éve született.

A Kensington-palota hétfői közleménye szerint a 91 éves II. Erzsébet királynő „elragadtatással” fogadta az újabb dédunoka érkezésének hírét.
