A Los Angeles Lakers a hajrá előtt már 14 ponttal is vezetett, mégis csak az utolsó másodpercekben szerzett kosárral tudta legyőzni a vendég Oklahoma City Thunder együttesét az NBA keddi játéknapján.

A Lakers kevesebb mint hét perccel a vége előtt 97-83-as előnybe került, a Thunder azonban Russel Westbrook vezetésével ledolgozta hátrányát, és 13 másodperccel a vége előtt már 109-108-ra vezetett.

Az utolsó szó azonban Nick Youngé volt, akinek hárompontos kísérlete a gyűrűben landolt, így csapata megnyerte a találkozót.
