Marian Cozma édesapja szerint súlyosabb büntetést érdemeltek volna az elkövetők

A Celje elleni kézilabda Bajnokok Ligája-mérkőzésre tartó szegedi szurkolók is a helyszínen emlékeztek meg a Veszprém tíz éve meggyilkolt román játékosáról, Marian Cozmáról.

Marian Cozmát 2009. február 8-án egy veszprémi szórakozóhely előtt gyilkolták meg, a támadásban több csapattársa is súlyosan megsérült. Halála után a veszprémi klub és a Román Kézilabda Szövetség is visszavonultatta 8-as, illetve 82-es mezszámát, valamint Veszprémben és Bukarestben is posztumusz tiszteletbeli polgárrá választották.
