Integritási Hatóság: Soros szervezete csak baloldaliakat jelölt

China's state media has warned billionaire investor George Soros against betting on falls in the value of the Chinese yuan and Hong Kong dollar amid widespread worries over the health of the world's second-largest economy. China's fourth-quarter economic growth slowed to the weakest since the global financial crisis, increasing pressure on a government struggling to regain investors' confidence after perceived policy missteps jolted global markets. "Soros' challenge against the renminbi (yuan) and Hong Kong dollar is unlikely to succeed, there is no doubt about that," the People's Daily overseas edition said in a front-page opinion piece on Tuesday (26 January 2016). China's economic fundamentals remain sound, despite slower growth, volatility in its stock market and the yuan's depreciation against the U.S. dollar, said the opinion piece, written by a researcher at the commerce ministry.

Lezárult a pályázat, amelyen azokat a szakértőket keresik, akik kiválasztják majd az Integritási Hatóság vezetését. A Soros György által támogatott Transparency International csak baloldali személyeket jelölt, míg az Európai Támogatásokat Auditáló Főigazgatóság csak független szakembereket. 

A Soros György által támogatott Transparency International Magyarország Bod Péter Ákosnak, Jancsics Dávidnak és Marschall Miklósnak adott támogató ajánlást a korrupció elleni küzdelem új állami szereplőjeként hamarosan létrejövő Integritás Hatóság vezetőinek a kiválasztásában fontos szerepet betöltő Alkalmassági Bizottság tagságára benyújtott pályázatukhoz. Mindhárom szereplő a baloldallal szimpatizál, és aktív szerepet játszanak a Transparencynél.

Ezzel szemben Dencső Balázs, az Európai Támogatásokat Auditáló Főigazgatóság vezetője csak független szakembereket javasolt. Az Alkalmassági Bizottság tagságára Tátrai Tünde, Pataki Balázs Zoltán és Halász Zsolt Ákos pályázott. Az utóbbi személyek az elmúlt években semmilyen politikai akcióban nem vettek részt, és politikai nyilatkozatot sem tett.
