Követelik a Soros-féle bírák lemondását az Emberi Jogok Európai Bíróságából

Túl sok a Soros György által befolyásolt bíró az Emberi Jogok Európai Bizottságában, írta meg a francia Valeurs Actuelles a European Centre for Law and Justice jelentése alapján. A jelentés feltárta, hogy tíz év alatt az EJEB 100 bírájából 22 volt tagja vagy vezetője a Nyílt Társadalom Alapítványnak, vagy az által finanszírozott szervezeteknek.

Ami még rosszabb, hogy tíz év alatt több mint 88 alkalommal 18 érintett bíró döntött a Nyílt Társadalom alapítványhoz köthető szervezetekkel kapcsolatos ügyekben.

Az ECLJ leszögezte, hogy ezek az összeférhetetlenség egyértelmű esetei, amelyek egy rendes igazságszolgáltatási rendszerben megkövetelik a szóban forgó ítéletek megsemmisítését, valamint a bírók lemondását.

Megtorlásul – írta a lap – az ECLJ-től az Európa Tanács főtitkára megtagadta az akkreditált civil szervezet státuszát, azzal az indoklással, hogy az ECLJ nem tartja tiszteletben „az Európa Tanács értékeit és elveit".
