ICF Flatwater Racing World Cup Szeged

The Hungarian Canoe Federation is pleased to invite you to come to Szeged again to compete at the ICF Flatwater Racing World Cup in May, 2007. Having staged the world championships in 2006 with great success the Hungarian Canoe Federation is anxious to host another senior event of flatwater kayaking and canoeing.

The Organising Committee would like to encourage every participant to use the online entry system that was introduced last year at the Flatwater World Championships. Each National Federation must have received their login codes and passwords in the summer of 2006 but we are going to send these codes out again in 2007. Unfortunately this online entry system does not replace the "old ways" of submitting entries yet hence you are asked to send us the filled out forms the usual way.

Attached we are sending you the forms for the preliminary, numerical and nominal entries. You are kindly requested to return them as follows:

Preliminary Entry/Hotel Reservation/Boat Rental: until 2nd of February, 2007
Numerical Entry: until 3rd of April, 2007
Final Travel Info: until 27th of April, 2007
Nominal Entries: until 4th of May, 2007
